We are currently experiencing issues with our online help desk system which IS NOT effecting our clients ability to gain support. Essentially when opening a support ticket for any support department (ie: sales, billing, support, etc.) several confirmations emails may be sent out to the individual who created the ticket via there account control panel and/or via email.
Again, we are receiving all emails and online ticket submissions and this issues has not effected our ability to deliver the ultimate customer experience. We do realize multiple emails to confirm your ticket has been received can be rather annoying and currently working to resolve this issue.
